How to set up auto-responder
With auto-responder, you can reply to all applicants with a customized message. Pick one of the three templates we have available or create your own after following these steps:
- Press the Post a Job button to add them to a new job or click Edit Job to add them to an existing job posting
- Navigate to the Add-Ons page (step 4 out of 4)
- Type your custom message in the "Set up auto-responder box"
- Click on either (firstname) or (company) to auto insert the candidate name or your company name
- Press the Preview Job Post button to save!
