How to add custom screening questions to a job post
Alongside the standard screening questions, you can include custom screening questions in your job postings. These personalized questions will be presented to applicants during the application process, enabling you to better assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
To add custom screening questions to your job posting:
- Press the Post a Job button to add them to a new job or click Edit Job to add them to an existing job posting.
- Navigate to the Screening Questions page (step 3 out of 4).
- Select the Custom Question option.
- Add options for candidates to select from and designate the most suitable response as the "Ideal Answer."
- Complete the flow and promote your job to save your screening questions.
Please note that your custom screening question will be presented to candidates as a single-select option. Up to 5 screening questions can be added to one job post.
