How does instant interview work?
Instant interview allows you to schedule interviews with qualified job seekers with ease:
- Any qualified job seeker who passes your screening question requirements will see the option to book an interview with you right after they’ve applied for this job and reduce the back-and-forth communication.
- Job seekers will receive automated interview reminders before the interview time in order to reduce the number of no-shows.
- You will also receive an email once a job seeker has booked an interview that contains the details of that candidate.
How to set up instant interview:
- To enable instant interview, you'll need to add at least one screening question in the job posting process. We’ll use this as the criteria to determine which job seeker is qualified.
- Next, choose the option “instant interview” in the job posting process:
- You can set up an interview location (a virtual meeting link or an in-person address)
- Specify your interview availability
- Set the limit of how many candidates can book for each time slot, for example:
- For hiring events: set longer durations for each interview slots (e.g. 120 mins) & allow multiple (e.g. 200) candidates to book per slot.
- For 1 on 1 interviews: set shorter duration for each interview slots (e.g. 15/30 mins), allow 1-2 candidates to book per slot.
- Set the limit of how many candidates can book for each time slot, for example:
- Post your job and once a qualified candidate booked an interview, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and you’ll be able to see the interview time on JobGet.
