How candidates are notified and reminded about scheduled interviews?
Candidates will be notified both via email and text when:
- an interview is booked successfully
- an interview is rescheduled or cancelled
The candidate will receive a reminder via email and text 24 hours and 1 hour before the interview, they will be reminded about:
- The interview location
- The interview time & date
- Any additional instruction you have included
Candidates have the option to reschedule or cancel an interview if it is more than 12 hours away. However, if there are less than 12 hours left, candidates are only able to cancel the interview.
