If there are more than 12 hours until the interview start time, you can reschedule via the "manage interview" button in the interview confirmation or reminder email. This will take you to the manage interview page, where you can select a new day and time that fits your schedule.
If there are less than 12 hours before the interview starts time, you will need to message the employer from the app and inform them you’ll need to reschedule the interview.
