1. How do I promote a job?
Once you?ve posted a job, you will see two options.
- Continue with Free - Keep your job posting free with regular visibility.
- Promote Job - Promote your job with a total budget or daily budget, this will allow your job to be ranked at the top of search results, and attract more jobseekers to apply.
2. How does the free trial work?
With a free trial, you'll be able to promote your first job promotion with a $50 credit. Your job will receive the following benefits:
- Show at the top of search results
- Distributed on 100+ job boards in our partner network
- Get access to millions of job seekers in our resume library
We will send you an email reminder when your free trial is about to end and another one when it ends. You can cancel at anytime by closing your job.
3. How do I cancel my promoted job?
You can cancel your promoted job at anytime by closing your job. Here's how to do that:
- Click on the job promotion you would like to close
- Click the close job button in the top-right corner
- Follow the prompts to close your job
Please note that you have to close out your job in order to end the promotion and you will be charged for any outstanding balance.
4. How will I be charged?
You're able to set one of the following limits for your promoted job:
- Receive applications until I close my job
- Receive applications until I reach my custom limit
With the first option (receive applications until you close your job), you'll receive applicants until you close your job. The applicants you receive will be based on your job and location.
With the second option (receive applications until I reach my custom limit), you're able to set the exact number of applicants that you want to receive. We will then promote that job until the custom limit is reached. Once the limit has been reached, we will pause the job and you will be able to either add more applicants or close the job.
You can cancel your promoted job at anytime.
6. What am I being charged for with the option that I set?
Since we operate on a pay per performance model, you will be charged per apply you get to your promoted job This means that you only pay for the applicants that your job posting gets.
You will be charged when either you reach $300 in spend, when all your job postings are closed or on the first day of each month.
7. When will I be charged or invoiced?
You?ll be charged when you met one of the following conditions:
- When it's the first day of the calendar month
- When you hit $300 in spend
- When you close your promoted job(s).
8. How do I manage my promotion and view my Promotion results?
Right now we only have the ability to promote a job and manage the promotion on the web app.
However, on the mobile app, you also have the ability to view promotion results for active and closed promotions and close promoted jobs as needed.
You will notice that there?s a ?Promoted? banner on the jobs list page on mobile. When clicked there is also a ?Promoted? banner on the job details page. Once the ?View Details? button is clicked, you?ll be able to see the promotion details and related results.
9. What makes JobGet different from other job boards?
With our job network our job seekers have the ability to access hundreds of thousands of jobs and our employers are able to reach the right talent for any hourly position. Many other sites charge fixed amounts to get their job posted without guaranteeing results. However, with our pay-for-performance model, you only pay for the results that you get and you have flexibility to edit or close your promotion at anytime.
10. How much should I spend?
The amount you should spend on your budget depends on your hiring needs. It depends on your location, category, type of job and the urgency in which you want to hire candidates. JobGet allows you to select a spend that you?re comfortable with in order to meet your needs. You also have full flexibility to change your budget or close the promotion at any point in time.
