How do I cancel my promoted job?

Currently, you can only cancel your promoted job from the JobGet desktop website. You can cancel at any time.

 

To cancel your promoted job:

  1. Click the Manage Promotion button on the job posting with an active promotion.
  2. Press the Close Job button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to close your job and cancel your subscription.

 

Important: To avoid getting charged for another billing cycle, you need to cancel your plan at least one day before your next scheduled billing date.
