How do I set up set up auto-responder and template messages on my job posting?
Auto-responder automatically sends a message to applicants on your behalf as soon as they apply to your job posting. Template messages are custom messages you can set and use to reply faster to applicants when messaging them.
Follow these steps to set up auto-responder:
- Click on the post that you want to configure
- Press the Gear icon and then the Edit Job button
- Go to the Add-Ons step of the post a job flow (step 4 out of 4)
- Add a message in the text field under the "Set up auto-responder" title.
- Click the Preview Job Posting button and then the Update Job button to apply your changes.
Follow these steps to set up template messages:
- Click on the post that you want to configure
- Press the Gear icon and then the Edit Job button
- Go to the Add-Ons step of the post a job flow (step 4 out of 4)
- Click one of the six template buttons to create a custom message under the "Use a Template" title.
- Press the Save button to save your message and the Add button to add it to the job posting.
- Click the Preview Job Posting button and then the Update Job button to apply your changes.
