Adding and Managing Users in Your Employer Account
You can add multiple users to your account, edit their permissions, and revoke access as needed, so you do not need to share credentials any longer. There are three types of permissions available: Basic Access, Job Management, and User Management.
- Basic Access ? provides access to manage applications, rating, messaging, and searching for applicants. This permission is given by default to all users
- Job Management ? allows the user to post, edit, and close jobs. It also gives the user access to promote a job on the platform.
- User Management ? allows the user to add, edit, and remove users from the account.
To add a user to your account:
- Go to the company details page.
- Click User Management and select Add New User.
- Fill out the following information:
- Full Name - the full name of the user that will be accessing the account.
- Email - the email address that the user will use to login.
- Password - the password that will be used for the user to login.
- Permissions - the relevant permissions needed for that user: Basic Access, User Management, and/or Job Management.
- Click Add User.
As of right now, only main users have access to login to the employer mobile app. The main user is defined as the first user who signed up on our platform.
FAQ:
- What impacts will this have on candidates?
-
The only impact that this change will have on candidates is that the employer name will now be displayed instead of the first and last name of the user associated with the employer account.
So for example: instead of ?John Doe has messaged you? it?ll be ?JobGet has messaged you?
-
- Can sub-users perform all actions that a main user can perform?
- As long as that sub-user has been given the appropriate permissions, they can perform all the same actions as the main user account.
- Do sub-users need to be email verified?
- No, we are assuming if the main account user is verified that they will only be adding verified sub-users.
- Will there be other permissions added in the future?
- Yes, we can add other permissions in the future as we get requests for them.
- Can pending accounts add multiple users?
- No, as of right now only active accounts are able to add multiple sub users.
